Union of Finnish Regional State Officials in Education and Culture (VSV)

The Union of Finnish Regional State Officials in Education and Culture (VSV) is a professional union, whose intention is to represent and to supervise the legal status of its members, to promote salary politics and other interests of the members, as well as to offer possibilities for their professional development. An important task of the union is to maintain the contacts with the educational and cultural, political and official bodies in Finland and internationally.

VSV is an independent member union of Akava Special Branches, which represents the interests of people working in specialist and supervisory positions in culture, administration and business life.
